From a macro perspective, managing performance is the foundation upon which organizational success is built. All other activities either derive from it or serve to reinforce it.
That makes actually defining performance absolutely crucial.
We believe this is the anchor point of many of an organization’s problems.
Equating performance with the achievement of targets, KPIs, and similar metrics doesn’t truly address performance; it merely measures compliance.
