TWC Consulting Group is an architecture-first advisory firm.

Most consulting begins with people, their mindset, their skills, and their resistance. We begin one layer down, with the structure that those people are standing in, because that is where behaviour is actually decided.
Show us the behaviour, and we’ll show you the architecture producing it.

We work at the level where architecture, psychology, and economics intersect, the organisational conditions that produce behaviour and performance. We surface the culture an organisation actually runs on, and design the architecture that expresses it: the decision rights, incentives, information flows, and consequence pathways, along with the two load-bearing systems that rest on culture – competence architecture and remuneration architecture.

Our clients are boards, CEOs, and executive teams facing structural incoherence, cultural drift, and performance volatility. We work for leaders for whom the operating model has stopped matching what the organisation now needs. We work natively in English, German, and French, across Australian, European and international markets.

We don’t trade in trends, managerial theatre, or recycled best practice. We’re wary of the comfortable explanation – that people are the problem, that a values campaign will fix it, that the story on the slide is the reality.
Our role is fundamental: to help organisations outgrow the models that no longer serve them, and build the architecture their future requires. A change that holds because it was built into the structure, not announced over it.
